Event Rentals

Located in historic Pullman Yards, Science Gallery Atlanta provides a unique backdrop for a diverse range of events, including meetings, cocktail hours, conferences, and lectures. Our versatile warehouse space can accommodate events with up to 150 guests for a reception or up to 75 guests seated theatre style.

Rental rate chart. Monday-Thursday $325/hour + $280 fee, Friday-Sunday $385/hour + $315 fee, Holidays $450/hour + $345 fee

These rental fees include use of the venue, tables, chairs, linens, A/V, staff and security. Emory organizations are eligible for a discount.

Food and Beverage

Select a caterer from a list of Atlanta’s finest chefs and event professionals. An outside caterer may be approved at Science Gallery Atlanta’s discretion. Outside caterers must be licensed and insured and schedule a walkthrough of the space before the event for approval.  

Alcohol is permitted and must be provided by the event sponsor. There are no fees associated with alcohol, but the caterer must provide all bartending services and the bartender must be licensed or insured.
