Join us for the LAND MEMORY COMMUNITY ART PROJECT

Community Land Memory Panel 2- 3pm

Panel and discussion centered on the connection between Atlanta's history and environmental concerns. Panelists will include participants in the Land Memory workshop series, historian Dr. Loren Michael Mortimer, and environmental scientist Eri Saikawa. Facilitated by environmental artist and educator Heather Bird Harris.

Collaborative Art Project 3-5pm

Use paint made from Atlanta clay and soil to make your own land memory painting to add to the project.

Participants will help create an art installation that will be on view to the public at Science Gallery Atlanta as a part of the JUSTICE exhibition season.

Open to the public. Come and go as you please. Family and kids friendly! FREE to participate!
